STEALTH TENAX™
Secure under load.
Free to move.
The foot peg engineered to resist unwanted boot movement without restricting deliberate repositioning.
Development updates. Beta opportunities. First-batch access.
Most aftermarket foot pegs treat control as a grip problem.
Sharper teeth.
Bigger platforms.
More aggressive styling.
But control under pressure depends on far more than grip alone.
It comes from:
Boot support and positioning.
Ease of foot repositioning.
Mud and debris clearance.
How rider loads travel through the peg.
Grip across different riding conditions.
Platform stability under pressure.
That’s what STEALTH TENAX™ is engineered to improve.
Every design decision has to earn its place.
Structure
Strength comes from defined load paths, not simply adding material.
Clearance
Open architecture helps clear mud and debris from the platform.
Grip
Grip where you need it, without restricting foot movement.
Weight
Material is only added where it contributes to performance.
Support
Every millimetre exists to support the rider under load.
Control
Bringing grip, support, movement and stability together.
STEALTH TENAX™
Engineered around rider control.
Structural Spine
Directs rider load into the mount.
Directional Grip Zones
Grip shaped around rider forces.
Debris Flow Channels
Open channels clear mud and debris.
Platform Geometry
Shaped for support and stability.
Progressive Tooth Profile
Grip without restricting movement.
Weight-Optimised Construction
Material only where it matters.
Performance Starts With Structure.

Function-led engineering
Designed from the load path up.
At the centre of the STEALTH TENAX™ peg is a structural spine, shaped around how rider forces travel through the platform and into the mount.
Boot → Spine → Body → Mount
Grip is not just sharper teeth.
STEALTH TENAX™ uses directional tooth zones shaped around acceleration, braking and standing control.
Real grip comes from how the teeth, platform, spacing and support work together.
Built to clear what gets in the way.
Open channels help clear mud and debris from the STEALTH TENAX™ platform, helping maintain contact between boot and peg.
Shaped to feel planted.
A subtle concave platform supports the rider’s boot for a more stable, connected feel underfoot.
Built because nothing felt good enough.
After upgrading my 13-year-old son Charlie's Sur-Ron, we realised many aftermarket foot pegs looked aggressive but didn't feel genuinely engineered around the rider.
So instead of settling for what already existed, we started designing the peg we wished we could buy.
Every sketch, prototype and ride test has one purpose: improving rider confidence, control and connection with the bike.
This isn't about making another aftermarket part.
It's about building components riders genuinely trust.

-
Most pegs focus on appearance or aggressive tooth patterns alone.
STEALTH Tenax™ is engineered around the full rider-to-bike connection: structure, load path, platform support, grip zones, and debris management working together as one system.
The goal is not just more bite. The goal is greater control and stability under load.

A good foot peg is not just about sharper teeth.
Real control comes from the entire contact point between rider and bike: platform support, load distribution, grip zones, structural stability, and debris management working together as one system.
A peg should feel planted under pressure, stable through acceleration and braking, and predictable in difficult riding conditions.
-
Under load, rider force concentrates through the centre of the platform.
Many pegs rely mainly on thickness, but thickness alone does not control how force moves through the body of the peg.
STEALTH Tenax™ is designed around structural support and load transfer to create a more stable and controlled feel beneath the rider.
-
STEALTH Tenax™ is engineered around rider connection and support.
The platform, structural spine, grip zones, tooth direction, and surface layout are all designed to work together to improve stability, control, and rider confidence during acceleration, braking, and aggressive riding.
-
Initially, STEALTH TENAX™ is being developed for Sur-Ron. Other bike platforms may follow based on rider interest and demand.
-
The current STEALTH Tenax™ peg is still in development, with manufacturing methods being explored such as CNC and 3D printing alongside performance, strength, and rider feel.
The focus is not on using a specific manufacturing process for marketing purposes, but on building the best possible performance part for the intended riding conditions.
-
Yes. STEALTH TENAX™ is being developed specifically for the Sur-Ron Light Bee, with other electric dirt bike platforms planned as STEALTH grows.
